Dress Code ✨

This year’s dress code is simple:
Just wear one Christmas-themed accessory! 🎅🏻❄️
Red or green elements, snowflakes, reindeer headbands, Christmas socks — all are welcome!
No need to dress up too much; a small touch of festive spirit is enough to set the mood 𖢔꙳𐂂𖥧𖥧

We've prepared the lucky draw with extra care this year 🎀
Simply capture a small moment of yourself at the event for a chance to win amazing prizes ✨
The process is simple and easy — everyone is welcome to join!

① Take photos during the event and upload them to the Retro event album
(Upload link will be provided — please check announcements ♡)

with a smooth and seamless path from the entrance all the way to the main stage ✨
Our staff will also be on-site to assist you,
so feel free to follow the signs and floor markings with confidence.

Event Guidelines ❗️

The Christmas Party on December 7 will be held at the NDHU Gymnasium. To ensure a safe and enjoyable event, please read and follow the guidelines below.


I. Event Organization & Venue
This event is jointly organized by multiple departments and the Student Association. Please cooperate with venue management and keep the environment clean.
II. Code of Conduct & Safety

• Please comply with the laws of Taiwan, university regulations, and organizer announcements.
• Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Alcohol and outside food are not allowed. Alcohol is restricted to approved areas only, and those under 18 may not drink.
• Fighting, harassment, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Please respect personal boundaries and comply with gender equality and anti-sexual-harassment policies.
• Do not drink and drive.
• Any damage caused by personal negligence must be compensated by the responsible individual.

III. Safety & Insurance

• Medical and rest stations are available on-site.
• The event is covered by public liability insurance. Violations remain personal responsibility.

IV. Image Rights & Personal Data

• Photos and videos may be used for documentation and promotion.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

V. Dress Code

• Christmas-themed accessories are welcome but optional.
• Participants without accessories may still enter.

VI. Additional Notes

• The organizers reserve the right to make final changes.
• Entry indicates agreement with all guidelines.
